Each scarf is handmade (not reworked). All patches and appliqué are handmade (not reworked). J. Co. Outfitters makes small batches of the scarves and sometimes just one. So each scarf may vary slightly. For instance, the denim used in an appliqué may not be exact as in the image. We try to replicate as closely as possible but we are human and colors vary even on one piece of denim or other fabric.
If you are unsatisfied with your J. Co. product, ship it back to J. Co. within seven (7) days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all exchange expenses, including product return and exchange shipping. Exchanges can be made for a similarly valued item. For instance, a ruffle top is not equal to a jacket etc.
We do not offer refunds due to the cutting and labor involved in making the product; however, exchanges are always honored. If you don't see another product that you want to exchange for, you will receive a credit for later use.
